Christmas

Christmas was fabulous! We had so much fun spending time with our families, it goes too fast! I don't have very many pictures yet (we are terrible at remembering to take pics so I have to round them up from others!) but here are a few.

Thanksgiving

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving break. We were able to go to both Worthington and Bonesteel plus stop at Yankton on our way home. It was great to spend time with family!

Halloween

Time Flies! I can't believe how fast time goes! It's 2012 and I need to catch up! For Halloween Brody really wanted to be a race car driver! He had such a blast trick or treating with his friends Drew and Parker! Sophie's costume didn't turn out so great, it was my attempt at her being candy corn :)

NASCAR

Brody loves racing! There is a speedway in Kansas and this weekend they had Nascar races. Stephen looked into it and on Friday night they had cheap tickets for the qualifying. We didn't know how Brody would do so we didn't want to spend too much money. But the races are pretty nice because it's free parking and you can bring in a small cooler and back pack. So Stephen packed crackers, fruit snacks, juice box and some beer and was ready to go. Brody ended up having a great time, he had a lot to say but the nice thing was Stephen couldn't hear him :) He is already excited to go back in the spring! PS - Stephen thought he was pretty funny taking the picture by Danika Patrick - he said it was Alan's idea!

Sophie 2 months

Sophie is two months old! How crazy is that! Time does go so fast. She is doing great, smiling lots more and cooing, it is so fun! Brody is still as crazy as ever about her, hugging her, kissing her. He says the sweetest things to her, it is so cute :)
